New Downtown Headquarters Showcases State-of-the-Art Technology
Columbia, SC - AllSouth contracted with AVG to design, install, integrate, and provide support services for their newly constructed, multi-faceted corporate headquarters. The scope included the Corporate Boardroom, (2) Interactive Teller Training Rooms, a Large Corporate Training Room, Huddle Room, Conference Rooms, Data/Security Center Monitoring Area, Digital Signage, and Sound Masking in office cubicle spaces. During the life cycle of the project, construction documentation and coordination of trades was managed closely to ensure infrastructure was in place to avoid unneccessary change orders and delays in completion.
The technology in the space centered upon reliability, ease of use, and a visible commitment to state-of-the-art business practices. All video, audio, and control is distributed througout the facility over a Digital platform and controlled using Crestron touch panels. Custom AudioVisual Furniture was included in the design to accomodate all training and meeting needs and to securely house AV components in respective rooms and to conceal the equipment while mainting the modern aesthetics.
Through proper planning, active project management, and a supportive client, AVG was able to deliver the completed project on time and actually under budget.
