Columbia, SC - Advanced Video Group is looking for a career minded individual to serve in the Sales Administrator position. The Sales Administrator is an integral member our sales team and providing the highest level of customer service from the start. This role is responsible for assisting sales personnel with the sales process. This involves supporting the production of project documents such as quotes, scope of work (SOW), and following up with sales team members and customers to ensure a smooth sales process. Responsibilities also include pricing updates in our ERP system, publishing pricing to our website, and quarterly contract reporting. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, ability to focus and multitask, excellent verbal and written communication skills, intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, an understanding of ERP systems, along with strong computer and internet skills.
